We like to get out of the house every once in a while. When we do, we usually drive far far away, because small towns get boring, you know? We like to head for the hills. Literally. Anywhere you look in this town you can see mountains. We have a favorite spot to wander outside of town, up in the forest, covered in snow. It's beautiful and peaceful and silent. Just us and our giggles and feet crunching in the snow. I wanted to meditate and read my scriptures and just ponder the beauty all around me. If we were the type of people who thought about taking pictures for a Christmas card, this place would be the perfect backdrop. But alas, we procrastinated that one.
